What kind of materials do you use for your pet cages?At Inumo Cage, we use high-quality stainless steel materials for our pet cages and accessories. Specifically, we use SUS 202 and SUS 304 stainless steel, which are highly durable, rust-resistant, and easy to clean. These materials are safe for pets and provide a sturdy and secure environment for them to live in.

What are your payment options?At Inumo Cage, we understand the importance of having multiple payment options available for our customers. That's why we offer the following payment methods: 1. Credit Card / Debit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can safely and securely enter your card details during checkout on our website. 2. Atome Deferred Payment: We also offer a deferred payment option through Atome, which allows you to split your purchase into multiple equal payments over time, starting with 0% interest. 3. Cash (only for Miri customers): For customers in Miri, Sarawak, we also offer the option to pay in cash upon delivery. Please note that this option is only available for Miri customers and cannot be used for online payments. If you have any questions or concerns about our payment options, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

What if I am not satisfied with the product?We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us for a return label. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed. For exchanges, please contact us with your order details. We'll assist with the exchange process promptly. Please note, personalized or customized items are non-returnable. How long will I receive my order?We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
