We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
We offer free shipping for all our orders.

WARRANTY POLICY
1. Coverage Period
This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, as stated on the official receipt or invoice.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers structural defects or damages that occur under normal household use, specifically:
✅ Broken or bent frame bars not caused by misuse or external force
✅ Weld joint failures on cage panels
✅ Defective locking mechanisms or hinges due to material or manufacturing faults
✅ Caster (wheel) base frame weld detachment
All repairs or replacements will be carried out at no charge for eligible cases.
3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not apply to:
❌ Damage due to improper assembly, dropping, or heavy impact
❌ Rust or stains resulting from improper cleaning or chemical exposure
❌ Wear-and-tear items such as wheels, latches, or plastic trays
❌ Modification, welding, or repair done by unauthorized persons
❌ Damage caused by animal chewing, scratching, or misuse
❌ Accidents, fire, flood, or natural disasters
❌ Products used for commercial, boarding, or rental purposes
4. Warranty Claim Procedure

5. Warranty Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, Inumo Cage may:

Issue partial store credit if replacement is not possible

Decline claims that fall outside the warranty terms
All decisions made after inspection are final.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer must:

Avoid using harsh chemicals or power tools that may damage the cage surface

7. Limitation of Liability
Inumo Cage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure, including but not limited to injury, veterinary costs, or property damage.
8. Warranty Transfer & Validity
This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Warranty applies only to products purchased through official Inumo Cage channels (Facebook Page, Website, Authorized Retailers).
